For a major insurance company developed the operational monitoring and dashboard tools and processes for a custom mobile app based solely on AWS, using their server-less technology. Analyzed and developed the required key business and technical metrics to measure success. The entire mobile project was developed using Agile with a target of 200M potential subscribers.
- Mapped key operational requirements with the business and Agile IT development teams to standard ITIL operational metrics for Service Delivery & Management.
